Are you an organizational talent who loves to keep an overview? Then we have the perfect challenge for you! We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant m/f/d (50-80%) for a fixed-term contract of 1 year for our team in Amsterdam.
In this position, you will support our department with scheduling, email filtering, travel planning and booking, as well as managing travel and business expenses. You will handle personnel matters in the region, such as vacation plans, sick leave, and employee contracts.
You will manage the office in Amsterdam, coordinate office tasks, and handle office supplies and mail. Additionally, you will take over invoice management and support our marketing and sales team with administrative tasks and projects.
You will also be the contact person for our headquarters in the areas of accounting, human resources, and travel management.
Your profile:
- You have completed commercial training and have already gained some professional experience
- You are proficient in MS Office
- You possess good organizational skills, time management, and multitasking talent
- You work in a structured, careful, and proactive manner and are a true team player
- You have a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- You have good communication skills, with excellent written and spoken Dutch and English. German is a plus
