FLYERALARM is an international print & marketing service company headquartered in Germany. Today we are among the leading online printers in Europe targeting the B2B scope. As we are expanding our team in Milan, we are looking for an Account Manager m/f/d to underpin our development path. As an Account Manager m/f/d you will serve as main point of contact and booster the established clients’ growth to build a strong customer relationship.

Your primary responsibilities are to:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and execute up/cross selling actions
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the internal teams (Layout and Customer Success) to ensure a customer-oriented address
- Monitor and analyse client account performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement to the Business Development Manager
- Attend client meetings and presentations as needed
- Ensure that all client account information is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system
- Follow up on our new products, industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients receive the most up-to-date and effective solutions
Your profile:
- Ideally educated to degree level (Bachelor) in business, communications, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in account management, customer enhancement or sales
- Experience in the customized printing products industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver exceptional customer-oriented experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency to use IT systems, commercial platforms, CRM and office package
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English (knowledge of the German language is a plus)
